Having competed internationally as a rower during my teenage and university years, sport has always been a big part of my life. After calling time on my rowing career, I found a passion for resistance training and bodybuilding.


Never one to turn down a fitness challenge, I completed numerous events, including the London marathon, mountain climbs and endurance assault courses. I was fascinated and slightly obsessed with seeing what my body was capable of achieving.


In my early years I made every training and nutrition mistake in the book. Now, as a qualified personal trainer and using my experience over the past 15 years, my goal is to help people avoid these mistakes and give them the tools and confidence to really see what they’re capable of.


I believe personal training is as much about education and empowerment as it is about coaching.
